SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Shipments are usually made on the next day (minus back order if any) via USPS regular package rate (5-7days), preferred Priority mail (2-3days) or Express mail (next day) delivery is available at an additional rate -all delivery time period only applies to the domestic addresses.  You can track shipments on the internet except for the military installations (APO/FPO) and overseas areas.

For any returns, contact us at info@silkybeautysupplyinc.com or 1-877-HAIR220 for return authorization. You can request  exchange or company credit (no refunds). Shipping and handling charges are not subject to refund. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchange or reorder.

Guidelines for returns: all products (except FOR ALL HAIR & WIGS) must not be used and in the original condition, package and receipt. ALL HAIR & WIG ITEMS cannot be refunded, exchanged, or store credit due to hygiene and health reasons( we don't sell used hair in anyway); for other items, the claim must be made within 48 hours from  the delivered time and return prior to the 7 days from the shipped date.

Return shipping cost is responsibility of the customer.  All  on-sale, discounted, or clearance items are final, no refund, exchanges or store credit are permitted. Any package(s) refused by customers will be charge  18% restocking fee and shipping fee.

Free shipping, Domestic only, for purchases over $100.00   and the bulk purchases over $500.00.

We do accept (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS -all credit card is processed through well known & reliable PAYPAL for your safe and secure online processing (note: no credit card information is kept or handled by us.).  We do not accept checks.
